What are your health resolutions?

A new year has come, and therefore a time to look at new beginnings. As usual, better health is one of my main aims. So what did I do lately? Well, the past few months have been nothing but hectic. I’ve been upping my exercise regimen to several times a week, and I’ve been trying to sleep earlier. As for eating, I am trying to get more fruits and green vegetables in my system.

All these is starting to show an effect, but wow, it’s a long haul. I believe anyone who has good health should not take it for granted. Losing it can be very, very costly.

I should know better. Working in a high stress environment, and subjected to constant exposure to radiation can be brutal. Not having the time (or energy) to exercise, not taking vitamins, not eating fruits, and most of all, not getting enough sleep, that’s been my lifestyle for years. Only in recent times did I awaken to the truth.

So, my resolutions for this year:

1) Slow down my aging process

2) Get enough sleep

3) Detox myself of all the accumulated chemicals in my body

Knowing well that resolutions are almost never kept but still, better late than never. If it’s that cigarette addiction that you need to kick, than kick it. If it’s cultivating a more calm disposition, than adopt a meditation program. If it’s kicking the bottle, than do it.

It’s always better late than never.
