There are so many things that can happen if you abuse your health. And yet, many people do so unknowingly or knowingly.
Like yours truly.
I abused my health for several years, not eating right, not having breakfast, sleeping late, and not getting any exercise at all. Put that down to having a job that necessitates working for 12 hours. Luckily I didn’t smoke or drink, but that alone is enough to almost bring the fittest person down.
Or maybe I’m luckier than some?
